Purpose: To seek approval of the Housing Revenue Account Asset Review Policy.

Content: The Committee RESOLVED (five in favour, 3 against, no abstentions) to: Agree and approve the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Asset Evaluation Policy and Process (attached as Appendix A). Authorise the Executive Director of Housing, in consultation with the Chair of the Homes and Housing Delivery Committee and the Section 151 Officer to take decisions related to the disposals programme, including any decision that would otherwise require specific Committee approval by virtue of it exceeding the key decision threshold of £500k.
