It highlights how tenant feedback is driving real improvements in their housing services. This report reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. We're working hand in hand with tenants to build a housing service that's safer, more responsive, and truly meets their needs. We recognise the challenges our residents face and are fully committed to responding with empathy, urgency, and care. While we're proud of the progress we've made, we know there's still more to do.   Work on Toucan Crossing complete Work to install a new toucan crossing on Woking Road is now complete and in operation. This improvement forms part of the wider Weyside Urban Village regeneration highway improvements, which are designed to support future development and encourage sustainable travel. The next phase of highway works will begin on Bellfields Road on Tuesday 23 July. You can find out more information on the Weyside Urban Village website.   Guildford Flood Alleviation Scheme The Environment Agency has recently published the Feedback Report for the recent phase of public engagement on the Guildford Flood Alleviation Scheme. The report captures key insights from their February 2025 public events, online survey, and stakeholder discussions. It reflects strong public support for the scheme, alongside clear community preferences for green landscaping, improved connectivity, and timely flood protection.
