Content: Decision: To approve the Community Harm and Anti-social Behaviour Policy as set out in Appendix 1 to this report. Reason(s): To assist the Council in meeting its obligations under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, and to provide a coordinated corporate approach to managing and addressing ASB within the Council’s administrative area. Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: Not to approve the Policy. Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
