Content: Decision: 1.       Approve the award of Lot 1: Voids Property Refurbishment, New Voids Contract to Supplier R Benson for a period of three year + one year+ one year, at a cost of £9,520,000.00 (nine million five hundred and twenty thousand pounds) 2.       Approve the award of Lot 2: Voids Property Refurbishment, Legacy Voids Contract to Supplier R Benson for a period of one year, at a cost of £640,000.00 (six hundred and forty thousand pounds). Reason(s): 1.       R Benson provided the most economically advantageous tender on both Lots, following a competitive tender, under the Public Contracting Regulations 2015 via ProcurePublic Limited Building Refurbishment Framework 2025 (Contract Award Notice 2025/S 000-000522) with Project Reference 155385  2.       R Benson demonstrated the ability to meet the critical success factors of the contract, with capacity, skills, experience and strong business continuity planning. 3.       Further detail of the procurement process conducted and recommendations are set out in Appendix 1 – Recommendation to Award.
