Purpose: The code of conduct for enforcement must be reviewed when changes are applied. An updated version has been produced and will be effective from 1st September 2025.

Content: The Cabinet Member RESOLVED: (i)  That the updated local Code of Conduct for issuing penalty notices relating to school attendance, attached at Appendix 1 to the report be approved; (ii)  It was noted that these changes will be in force from September 2025.
