Content: RESOLVED   That the Cabinet notes: a)                the outturn for the financial year 2024/2025 as summarised in report FIN/704. b)                the  carry forward requests as detailed within section 5.13 of report FIN/704. That Full Council is recommended to: a)                agree the transfers of reserves and balances as outlined in Appendix F of  report FIN/704. b)                approve the additional capital programme as detailed within section 8.10 of report FIN/704.   Reasons for the Recommendations   To report to Members on the projected outturn for the year compared to the approved budget.
