Content: It was RESOLVED: -   1.1          That the General fund 2025/26 Q1 revenue actuals of a surplus of £632k was noted.   1.2          That the General Fund 2025/26 forecast surplus of £3.1m against a budget surplus of £2.4m was noted.   1.3          That the capital programme and capital financing spend to date (£3.7m) and forecast (£29.8m) for the financial year was noted.   REASON FOR DECISION   To ensure that Members were kept informed of the financial position for both General Fund Revenue and Capital and to approve earmarked reserve transfers.   Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:   The recommended option is set out in the recommendations.
