Purpose: To received the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman Letter, Housing Ombudsman & Corporate Complaints 2024/25. Added 6 March 2025
Content: Cabinet 1) APPROVED and provided comment on the Council’s complaints annual submission, which is made up of the self-assessment shown in Appendix A and the annual complaints performance and service improvement report, which is attached at Appendix B, which will be submitted to the Housing Ombudsman (HO) by 30 September 2025. 2) NOTED the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) Annual Review Letter 2024/25 shown in Appendix C.
