Content: RESOLVED:   The Planning Policy Committee:   a)    Approved the release of the draft West Northamptonshire Infrastructure and Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document for public consultation for a period of six weeks b)    Agreed that the indexation arrangements set out in the Supplementary Planning Document be used in the interim for all section 106 agreements c)    Delegated authority to the Head of Planning Policy and Specialist Services to make minor editorial and presentational changes to the draft WNIDCSPD prior to its release for public consultation.
