Content: RESOLVED - That authority be delegated to the Service Director (Development), in consultation with Cabinet Member (Finance and Regeneration), to negotiate and agree terms with BBSA (Black Business Support Agency) C.I.C for the grant of a 125 year lease for the Hudawi Centre and instruct the Service Director (Legal, Governance and Commissioning) to enter into and execute all necessary documentation in connection with the grant of the lease.
