Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to approve the extension of the contract with the Single Homeless Project for the provision of Lewisham Young Persons Accommodation Based Support Service for one year, from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 at a total value of £585,370.80.  The extension is needed to secure the main building used for the contract, where the support provider has a building management agreement with the landlord running to April 2027.
