Content: By 6 votes in favour (Cllrs Anna Bradnam, Ariel Cahn, Peter Fane, Corinne Garvie, Tumi Hawkins, Lisa Redrup) and 3 votes against (Cllrs James Rixon, Heather Williams, Richard Williams) and 1 abstention (Cllr Peter Sandford), the Committee approved: ·         the reserved matters application 25/00054/REM subject to the planning conditions set out in the officer’s report with minor amendments to the conditions as drafted delegated to officers, including: o   an amendment to condition 3 to include EV charging locations; o   an informative regarding the designation of parking spaces; o   an informative regarding routes for construction vehicles and muck-away vehicles to leave the site from a southerly direction; and o   an informative regarding the positioning of a tree in the garden of plot 8 to avoid un-necessary shading of the patio area of 2 Cossington Close and ·         the discharge of the following conditions from the outline consent 20/04906/OUT namely: o   condition 11 (Low Emission Strategy); o   condition 12 (Provision of an updated Preliminary Ecology Appraisal); o   condition 13 (Construction Ecological Management Plan); o   condition 25 (Water Conversation Strategy); o   condition 37 (Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Plan); and o   condition 38 (Sustainability Statement).
