Content: The Committee agreed to refuse Full Planning Permission on the grounds that the application is considered to:-   ·       have an unacceptable adverse impact on the safety of road users on the A96 and the access road; ·       to have inadequate parking provision; and ·       to have a limited site which is not appropriate for this type of business.   The application is therefore not considered to comply with Policy 14 of NPF4 and Policies RD1 and P1 of the ALDP.   Voted (4:9)   Vote for Site Visit (4:9)
