Content: That planning permission 23/02554/FUL for a change of use of land to residential for the erection of 18 dwellings, including means of access, foul and surface water drainage, landscaping, formation of an attenuation pond and associated works at Land OS 7515, Drayton Lane, Curry Rivel, Langport be GRANTED subject to a S106 legal agreement and planning conditions as detailed in the officer report, with an additional planning condition as follows:   None of the dwellings hereby permitted shall be occupied until works for the disposal of sewage have been provided on the site to serve the development hereby permitted, in accordance with details that have first  been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.   Reason: To ensure that the development hereby approved is adequately served by an appropriate sewage disposal connection as in accordance with policy EQ7 of the South Somerset Local Plan 2006-2028.     Voting: All in favour
