Content: In accordance with Council Procedure Rule 12.4, the Chairman referred the motion to the Constitution and Governance Committee because one of its responsibilities was to advise the appropriate Cabinet Member in relation to such Member support, financial and operational issues as may be raised from time to time As proposer of the motion, Councillor P Mitchell provided a brief explanation of its context.   ACTION: In consultation with the Chairman of the Constitution and Governance Committee, issue to be added to the Committee’s work programme.
