Content: Recognition of Anne Glanville   Meeting to be arranged between Chairman, Leader and Councillor Cador to give consideration as to whether Cornwall Council or Saltash Town Council procures a print and place in its office.   A39 Link Road   Councillor Rogerson to provide a written response to Councillor Hanlon in respect of his queries about the introduction of seating on the bridleway and safety concerns for those with visual/hearing impairments. Use of County Hall by the Truro and Roseland Community Area Partnership (CAP)   Councillor Paynter to provide a written response to Councillor Alvey in respect of the reasons why the CAP was charged for use of the building after 7.00 p.m.   Chairman of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Economic Forum   The Leader to provide a written response to Councillor La Borde in respect of her queries about the contractual position of the Chairman given his involvement with a military company linked with Israel.   Section 106 and Right to Buy   Councillor La Broy/Preece to provide a written response to Councillor Clemens, shared with all Members, on his query about protection for Council properties in perpetuity from right to buy in respect of the emerging new rules.   Farms Estate   Councillor Paynter to liaise with the officer team to ensure that, in accordance with ‘No Surprises’, Local Members are engaged at an early stage where there are plans to sell/change to a different use/relet and to provide a written response to Councillor Jenkin. Housing Target   Councillor La Broy to commence dialogue with the Minister in respect of the achievability of the current housing target and whether it could be changed. Accessibility Issues   The Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer to meet with Councillor Hanlon to discuss the accessibility issues raised during the meeting.
