Purpose: To consider the report on the Food Law and Health and Safety Service Plan.

Content: Agreed:   RESOLVED that the Executive supported the Food Law and Health and Safety Service Plan 2025-26.   RECOMMENDED that Council approve:   (1)   the Food Law and Health and Safety Service Plan 2025/26; and (2)   that Head of Environment and Waste is authorised to change the plan in the light of national guidance and/or to meet operational needs.   Reason for Decision: As set out in the report.
