(4)      To approve Strategic project 4 (Parks recreation and play for young people and families). With one vote for, two votes against, two abstentions and the Chair not voting resolved: (5)      That Strategic project 5 (Gibraltar Recreation Ground – Centre of Sporting Excellence) is not approved.
