Content: Shareholder Committee:   (1)            noted performance against Business Plan to date for 2025/26;   (2)            noted the launch of the Warm Homes Grant, supported by the company’s new arm Kanopiworks; and   (3)            noted the work being carried out for Housing, supporting across problem areas with existing contracts.     Options & Alternatives Considered Shareholder Committee has the option not to note performance to date against the 2025/26 Business Plan.
