Content: The Sub-Committee determined the application and decided to GRANT IN FULL the application to grant a premises licence.   For clarity:   Opening hours to the public: Sunday-Thursday 11:00-00:30 Friday-Saturday 11:00-02:00   Supply of alcohol: Sunday-Thursday 11:00-00:00 Friday-Saturday 11:00-01:30   Recorded music, dance & live music: Sunday-Thursday 11:00-00:00 Friday-Saturday 11:00-01:30   Late night refreshment: Friday-Saturday 23:00-00:30   The Sub-Committee agrees the conditions agreed with the Licensing Service and the Police.   The Sub-Committee therefore considers this decision to be appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives. In accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, the relevant parties have the right of appeal against the decision of the Sub-Committee to Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be made within twenty-one days of notification of this decision.
