Executive Director (extension < £150k) Contact Officer (Name & number) Joe Costello 0797641492                     The Reasons: are to advance two affordable housing project.   Options considered and rejected were: none all procedures are in accordance with standing orders.   Assessment of Risk: Medium – should these project not proceed it will significantly impact the next phases of affordable housing for the city, a key priority.   Should the scheme not proceed, for whatever reason, the costs within this report could become abortive. The key risks to note surround programme and final cost submission from the Council.
