Content: RESOLVED that a Joint Executive Committee with Guildford Borough Council’s Executive be established (subject to the decision of the Executive of Guildford Borough Council), with the terms of reference as set out at Appendix 1 to the report.   RECOMMENDED that the Standards Committee resolves to:   1.    Note the establishment of the new Joint Executive Committee with Guildford Borough Council,   RECOMMENDED that Council resolves to:   1.    recommend that the Monitoring Officer is delegated the authority to make the necessary and consequential amendments to the Waverley Borough Council Constitution.
