That the Board endorse the draft ASF (Adult Skills Fund) Strategic Skills Plan at Appendix 2 of this report. 3. That the Board endorse the commissioning plan set out in the draft ASF Strategic Skills Plan at Appendix 2 of this report. 4. That the Board agree the draft changes to the funding rules and performance framework at Appendix 1 of this report subject to the following amendment: ·       That point 11.2 be removed.
