Purpose: This report is seeking cabinet approval for the procurement of healthy lifestyle services including health checks.

Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1)    Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to commence an appropriate procurement process for the provision of a Healthy Lifestyle Service as defined in paragraphs 1.5 and 1.7 below; and   2)    Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and Health, to enter into all relevant contracts for the provision of the healthy lifestyle services on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
