Purpose: To seek approval for the adoption of the List of Locally Listed Heritage Assets ‘The Local List’.

Content: The Executive Recommended to Council That (i)    the Draft Local List and accompanying mapping be adopted as a ‘living’ document; and           (ii)   the contents of the Officer Response Table (Appendix 1 to the report) to the consultation and Draft Local List (Appendix 2 to the report) be considered. Reason: To adopt an updated Local List to assist in planning decisions affecting non-designated heritage assets.
