Content: Please see the report by Andy Evans, Director of Finance (agenda item 7).   The report was presented by Hitesh Sharma, Strategic Pensions Manager, who drew members’ attention to the salient points.     Resolved   That the Pension Fund Panel:   1.    Reviewed the completed modules of the code compliance toolkit and assessed compliance with the TPR General Code of Practice; and   2.    noted the timetable for reviewing the remaining modules of the code compliance toolkit.
