Purpose: An update regarding the advancements made in relation to the approved Housing Capital Programme for 2024/25.

Content: 12.1 The Committee considered a report of the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services which gave the final position on the Quarter 4 Housing Capital Programme and an update on the approved 5 Year Programme     12.2 RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Housing Policy Committee:- (a)  Notes the 2024-25 Housing Capital Programme outturn at the end of Quarter 4 Set out in point 2 of the report; and (b)  Notes the updated budget position for the 5-year Housing Capital Programme (2024/25 –2028/29) as set out in appendix 3 attached to the report.         12.3 Reasons for Decision     12.3.1 The report is to provide the Housing Policy Committee members with an update on progress against the 5-year approved Capital Programme at the end of Quarter 4, 2024/25.         12.4 Alternatives Considered and Rejected     12.4.1 The update report is for noting and therefore does not take into account any alternative options.
