Content: Council unanimously agreed:   (i)         to appoint:   -       Cllr Alan Slade to sit on Adults & Communities Overview & Scrutiny Committee replacing Cllr David Thomas -       Cllr Stuart Keyte to sit on Education Overview & Scrutiny Committee replacing Cllr David Thomas -       Cllr Jason O’Connell to sit on Licensing Committee replacing Cllr David Thomas.   (ii)        to appoint Rhodri Guest as an Independent Member for a   further period of four years to take effect immediately
