Content:   Committee agreed to provide the following comment to Communities Committee on the draft Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2026 – 2031:   ·         Can the Local Outcomes & Improvement Plans being taken cognisance of in the SHIP.   Officers agreed to provide additional information regarding developer obligations collected for the Chapelton site and the location plan for the Leathan Fields site at Portlethen.
