Content: Planning permission for application reference 2024/1801/01/DET was granted:     i.  Subject to the following conditions:   1.  3 year consent; 2.  List of approved drawings; 3.  Submit Construction Management and phase Plan; 4.  Remediation scheme; 5.  Details of hard and soft landscaping; 6.  Submit details of tree protection measures and implement measures prior to commencement of development; 7.  Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan; 8.  Protected and Priority species method statement – bats and hedgehogs; 9.  Temporary car parking, cycle parking, refuse storage and collection arrangements during construction and demolition phases ; 10.  Details of drainage components including SuDS features shall be submitted and approved; 11.  Install attenuation tank; 12.  Submission and approval of proposed construction materials; 13.  Training and Employment Management Plan; 14.  Adopted and maintenance of all SuDS; 15.  Verification report demonstrating that SuDS constructed in accordance with approved details; 16.  Submit specific detail of plant noise and submit Noise Impact Assessment; 17.  Details of proposed highway works; 18.  Details of bat and Bird Box installation; 19.  Details of hedgehog friendly fencing; 20.  Submission of details of substation; 21.  Sport England condition relating to ground conditions of playing fields; 22.  Implement remediation scheme; 23.  Report unexpected contamination; 24.  Refuse kept in approved refuse storage area except on collection day; 25.  Employee changing and shower facilities will be available for staff to shower and change for the lifetime of development; 26.  Full Travel Plan; 27.  Details of car park and site operation strategy; 28.  No unauthorised tree removal; 29.  Submit full BRUKL calculations.     ii.  It was also agreed that delegated authority be given to the Assistant Director Planning in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chairs of the Planning Committee to amend, add or omit conditions where appropriate, to ensure the application complies with relevant development plan policies and national planning guidance.
