Purpose: To seek delegated authority to award multiple call-off contracts to the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderer, under Lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Technology Products & Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement (RM6098), for the supply of Microsoft Surface laptops during a 3-year period, in accordance with the available budget, as part of the rolling laptop replacement programme.
Content: Cllr Colin Hay sought delegated authority to award multiple call-off contracts to the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderer, under Lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Technology Products & Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement (RM6098), for the supply of Microsoft Surface laptops during a 3-year period, in accordance with the available budget, as part of the rolling laptop replacement programme. Having considered all of the information, Cabinet noted the report and RESOLVED to: That the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Transformation delegates authority to the Director of People and Digital Services, in consultation with the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Transformation, to award, multiple call-off contracts for the supply of Microsoft Surface laptops during a 3-year period, in accordance with the available budget (as outlined within Resource Implications), by either direct award or Mini-Competition to the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderer at the applicable time of order, under Lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Technology Products & Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement (RM6098).
