Content: It was RESOLVED: -   1.1         That Cabinet noted the HRA quarter one actuals of a deficit of £1.3m.   1.2         That Cabinet noted the 2025/26 forecast deficit position of £7.8m against a budget deficit of £8.3m.   1.3         That Cabinet noted the capital programme and capital financing spend to date (£1.8m) and forecast (£26.3m).   REASON FOR DECISION   To ensure that Councillors were kept informed of the financial position for Housing Revenue Account.   Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:   The recommended option is set out in the Recommendations.
