Content: It was RESOLVED: -   1.1         That Cabinet noted the General fund 2025/26 Q1 revenue actuals of a surplus of £517k.   1.2         That Cabinet noted the General Fund 2025/26 forecast deficit of £509k against a budget deficit of £633k.   1.3         That Cabinet noted the capital programme and capital financing spend to date (£1.7m) and forecast (£12m) for the financial year.   REASON FOR DECISION   To ensure that Members were kept informed of the financial position for both General Fund Revenue and Capital and to approve earmarked reserve transfer.   Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:   There are no other available options.     Any Declarations of Interests Declared: None Any Dispensation Granted: None
