Purpose: The purpose of the report is to provide members with an update on the progress of tenant engagement since the adoption of the Tenant Engagement Strategy in September 2024.   In response to the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and the new Consumer Standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing, the Tenant Engagement Strategy, adopted in September 2024, sets out our approach to improving how we listen to tenants and take account of their views.
