Purpose: The Executive adopted the Waverley CIL Enforcement Policy in December 2024. Following review by Officers and the CIL Review and Reform Temporary Executive Working Group a revised CIL Enforcement Policy is recommended for adoption.

Content: RESOLVED that:   The revised Waverley Borough Council CIL Enforcement Policy, as included in Appendix 1 to the report be adopted.
