Content: The Cabinet has considered a report detailing a proposal to approve two loans to Stockport Homes Ltd (SHL) relating to the Hempshaw Lane development to the value of £9,206,241, and has   (1) Delegated the approval of the two loans for Hempshaw Lane to the Director of Finance in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance & Resources.   (2) Delegated authority to the Assistant Director for Governance to do all things necessary or incidental to the implementation of the abovementioned resolution.
