Purpose: Project IBP/1360 proposes to fund the installation of thirteen ANPR cameras on key routes in and around Chichester, to close these routes off to criminal activity. Further work by Sussex Police has resulted in the proposals being revised to the installation of twelve cameras. Approval is sought to release Community Infrastructure Levy receipts to facilitate the delivery of this project.
