Content: RESOLVED: Cabinet received the annual report of Northamptonshire Safeguarding Adults Board 2024 – 2025 (Appendix A) and notes the findings.   REASONS RESOLVED: Under the Care Act 2014 Section 43, the local authority has a duty to establish a Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB), which in turn has a core duty to publish an annual report. The report provides assurance to the local authority of the activities undertaken to help safeguard adults across West Northamptonshire and the county.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: The report is for information.
