By 7 votes in favour (Cllrs Anna Bradnam, Ariel Cahn, Martin Cahn, Peter Fane, Tumi Hawkins, Heather Williams and Eileen Wilson), to 0 against, with 1 abstention (Cllr Peter Sandford), the Committee approved the application subject to the planning conditions set out in the officer’s report with delegated authority to officers to draft and make minor amendments to the conditions, including: · Amendments to condition 10 to: o add the requirement for the access road to be constructed to a standard to withstand a 32-tonne refuse vehicle; and o add a requirement to the access road to be maintained thereafter as per the approved management and maintenance arrangement; and o to include a requirement for signage regarding the bend in the access road. · An amendment to the reason for condition 25 so that it reverts to the standard reasoning for the removal of permitted development (PD) rights. · An additional condition regarding EV charging.
