Content: Cabinet   1)    APPROVED the proposed fees and charges for 2026/27 as outlined in appendices A to E, with the exception of the meal charge at Gretton Court.   2)    DELEGATED AUTHORITY to the Director for Housing and Communities (in consultation with the Director for Corporate Services; the Monitoring Officer, the Portfolio Holder for Corporate Leadership, Projects and Housing and the Portfolio Holder for Customer Services, Communities and Helping People) to: a)    resolve a position on utility costs for Bradgate Flats and bungalows and finalise and implement these charges. b)    resolve a position on the midday meal charge (per person) and the midday meal charge (per day for non-tenants).
