Content: Recommended to Council: 1.  That Council approves proposals for improvements to Vigo Road Recreation Ground as set out in the report. 2.  That £3,500,000 from the New Homes Bonus Reserve be allocated to the Capital Programme to fund the delivery of these proposals. Resolved: 3.  That subject to Council approval of recommendations 1 and 2 above, authority be delegated to the Head of Community and Leisure Services in consultation with the Head of Finance and Revenues and the Finance and Resources Portfolio Holder, to take all steps necessary to complete the works described in the report.
