Purpose: To approve the Capital Programme 2025-2026 to 2029-2030 quarter two review.

Content: That Council be recommended to approve: 1.    The revised, medium term General Fund capital programme of £331.2 million, a decrease of £6.8 million from the previously approved programme, and the change in associated resources.   That Cabinet approved: 1.    The virements for the General Fund capital programme detailed at Appendix 4 to the report for: i.        existing projects totalling £10.9 million; ii.      new projects totalling £2.4 million.   2.    The virements for the Housing Revenue Account capital programme detailed at Appendix 4 to the report for: i.        existing projects totalling £4.7 million.
