This decision can be appealed within 21 days of receiving the decision letter, in accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, to Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be made within twenty-one days of notification of this decision.
