Purpose: This report will provide SGPOSC an overview of Cormac’s contracts, contract management arrangements & performance. This report will also offer a “deep dive” in to arrangements for “Small Highway Schemes”, as well as the proposal for holistic Value for Money (VfM) for the delivery of highway services in Cornwall, planned for later this year.

Content: It was moved by Councillor Donnithorne, seconded by Councillor Gow and   RESOLVED that the Strategic Director for Sustainable Growth & Place be Recommended to:   1.  Commission a highways specific Value for Money (VfM) review of the Council’s Highway Service, including delivery by the Council’s owned entity Cormac and for the review to be reported back to a future meeting of the Committee. 2.  Request Cormac to arrange a series of engagement sessions with Parish and Town Council, alongside a Member Briefing.
