Purpose:
Content: Recommendations: 1.1. Approve the Council’s Fees and Charges Policy as outlined in section 3 of the report. 1.2. Approve the proposed General Fund Sales, Fees and Charges for 2026/27 as detailed at Appendix A1-4, to take effect from 1 January 2026 (or as otherwise stated for specific service areas). 1.3. Delegate authority to the Corporate Director for Resources, in consultation with the relevant Executive Member and Directors, to make minor or technical in-year adjustments to fees and charges. 1.4. Delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Homes and Neighbourhoods, in consultation with the Section 151 officer, to approve the final ICCS fees and charges on behalf of Islington Council, subject to any changes falling within delegated limits. 1.5. Note the childcare fees detailed at Appendix A4 that were previously agreed by the Executive on 18 May 2023 Decisions: AGREED 1. recommendations. 2. That a response be forwarded to Cllr Jegorovas-Armstrong on the feasibility of reviewing the new additional charge of £150 for burials which are 20 minutes late.
