Purpose:

Content: Following consideration of the above, it was moved by M Barton, seconded by C Reid and by consensus it was   RESOLVED that   1.  The new national framework for NHS planning and the Joint Forward Plan l be subsumed into the new 5 year strategic commissioning plan be noted. 2.  The proposed inclusion of the priorities of the Life Course Steering Groups in the 5 year Strategic Commissioning Plan be endorsed. 3.  The draft 5 year strategic commissioning plan be received at a future meeting of the Committee.      Actions:   1.  A clear timeline for sign off of the NHS 5 Year Plan to be circulated to the Committee.  (SGD/RR).
