Content: RESOLVED:   Mayor and Cabinet agreed contract extensions of two years from 1 April 2026 for the delivery of extra care services, as allowed for within the existing contracts with:   •         Housing 21 for Cedar court at an annual value of £585,000, or £1,170,000 for the full 2 years of the contract extension. •         Housing 21 for Cinnamon court at an annual value of £585,000, or £1,170,000 for the full 2 years of the contract extension. •         Cera Care (formerly Westminster Homecare) for Hazlehurst Court at an annual value of £607,100, or £1,214,200 for the full 2 years of the contract extension.
