Content: RESOLVED:   Mayor and Cabinet:   •         Noted the results of tenant and leaseholder test of opinion •         Authorised the Executive Director of Housing to take such decisions as may be necessary to facilitate the transfer of housing management functions covered by the Project Agreement back to the Council. •         Required the Executive Director of Housing to develop plans to ensure that the PFI maintain the quality of service delivery until the end of the contract and implement any works required by the Final Survey before expiry.
