Purpose:
Content: RESOLVED: • To note and approve the contents of the report. • To publish a response to the Non-statutory Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report, as required by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman’s complaint-handling code. • To continue to prioritise complaint-handling improvements across the council, monitoring performance and challenging services which are not compliant, particularly with respect to how we respond to Ombudsman complaints.
