Purpose: Amendment due to new guidelines issued by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.

Content: RESOLVED   1.    That Cabinet approve the adoption of the new Complaint Handling Code and in doing so, the amended CDC Complaints Policy, as set out in Appendix 1, for publication on the website. 2.    That delegation be given to the Divisional Manager for Communities and Customer Services, to make any future minor amendments to the Complaints Policy, in relation to complaint handling.
